ADMISSION NOTICE
FOR THE
ACADEMIC SESSION 2012 – 2013

 

Application Forms for the Academic Year 2012–2013 from LOWER NURSERY to K.G. will be issued after producing the photocopy of Corporation / Municipality / Panchayat BIRTH CERTIFICATE from the A. K. Paul Road Building from 06.09.2011 to 30.09.2011 between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. Application Forms to be submitted to the same office building as per the schedule given below between 1.00 p.m. and    3.00 p.m.:

 

LOWER NURSERY : 13.10.2011 and 14.10.2011
UPPER NURSERY : 17.10.2011 and 18.10.2011
KINDERGARTEN : 17.10.2011 and 18.10.2011

 

Please note the following:

 

CLASSES	MINIMUM AGE CRITERIA for ISSUANCE OF ADMISSION FORMS
LOWER NURSERY	Minimum 2 years 6 months (as on 01.04.2012)
UPPER NURSERY	Minimum 3 years 6 months (as on 01.04.2012)
K. G.	Minimum 4 years 6 months (as on 01.04.2012)

 

Note:

1. Cost of Application Form is Rs.200/.

2. Photocopies of Corporation / Municipality / Panchayat BIRTH CERTIFICATE, HALF-YEARLY PROGRESS REPORT (if any) to be submitted with the Application Form .
3. Passport size photograph (current) duly attached to the application.
4. Form once issued will not be taken back or exchanged in the name of any other candidate.
